Clutterhaul LLC is a limited liability company filed with the Texas Secretary of State's Office and will comply to the laws, rules, and regulations within applicable Texas State and serviced County laws within the State of Texas.
Agreed upon and scheduled services may be cancelled or modified at Clutterhaul LLCs discretion if it is determined that the location of the requested service does not fall within the designated service area of Clutterhaul LLC or if the customer schedules a particular service online but the actual service requirement is greater or in excess of the agreed upon size, dimensions, or approximate weight of the items to be collected, demolished, or transported. In the event an actual service exceeds the agreed upon size, dimensions, or approximate weight, Clutterhaul LLC reserves the right to cancel the service or to re-negotiate a service fee commensurate with the actual service requested prior to any service being completed.
While junk removal, exterior demolition, transportation and hauling inherently involve hazardous locations and debris, it is expected that customers will ensure that the area that employees of Clutterhaul LLC will be working in is generally safe, well lit, and provides adequate ventilation suitable for strenuous work. Clutterhaul LLC reserves the right to cancel services if it is determined that any employee of Clutterhaul LLC will be placed in a location or situation where the risk of life, limb, eyesight, or other serious or fatal injuries are excessive.
Customers agree that once a price for service or an estimated price for service is decided upon, the price for service will be paid in full at the time of service completion. Failure to pay for services completed in full at the time of completion will result in any collected items being returned onto the property where they were collected. If multiple services are completed which prevent return of debris and collected items, Clutterhaul LLC reserves the right to enter into civil action against the customer as well as file for a lien against property owned by the non-paying customer.
