Customer Prepares All Items For Pickup At Local Vendor/Store: A Hauling Truck and Dump Trailer is provided by Clutter Haul for this service. This service includes a standard Standard Item Pickup & Hauling service; customer has prepared items for easy pickup from location. Clutter Haul does NOT load your materials pickup items.ÂService FAQ
Yes, we do. However, Clutter Haul does not load your items. All store pickups and pickups must be prearranged by customer so the store is prepared to load your store-bought items into our service vehicles/trailers. For an additional fee; Clutter Haul may load and unload your items, but this is an extra fee not included in this service.
We totally understand this can be an ongoing issue. However, Clutter Haul is not responsible for any "overage" of service time and you will be held liable for any time exceeding your service booking.Â
Yes we will. However, if you feel you need customization of your service, please contact us by phone or email right away. You are still responsible for any time/overage that you have not pre-booked and you will be charged for it accordingly.Â
Service Details
- This is a standard/general service where Clutter Haul arrives for pickup the Vendor/Store location, for pickup of your items. Customer has prearranged items to be loaded by vendor/store. > Overall, this service is used by customers that have general items, appliances, building materials, and/or newly purchased products ready for pickup. For this service, Clutter Haul stays onsite to await load-able items by vendor/store; max time onsite for Clutter Haul can not exceed 2 hours total. Waiting time and total service time can not exceed 2 hours. *Any additional time beyond a 2 hour period will result in an automatic-additional 2 hour fee. This fee is added to your initial booking fees. *Any additional time beyond the max specified period will result in an additional service fee equal to the initial service price. * Service does not include Clutter Haul assistance. - To add specific Clutter Haul assistance, view our extended assisted options.Materials Hauling
