This is for general household items; boxes, household and general use items; ie: cardboard, paper, metal, office supplies, plastic containers, plastic furniture, pots & pans, tin cans, unpainted wood, untreated wood, glass items, garden hoses, metal household fixtures, and smaller sized furniture items.
Simple enough. Almost any metal item and plastic items are typically acceptable. Most household goods are made of standard materials accepted at local landfills. No hazardous materials allowed; no paint, chemicals, water and oil stains, unboxed oil, combustible items or any contaminated materials.

Yes, you must. In fact, if you have not booked any "assisted services" then you are solely responsible for loading all of your items. And you must load and complete within the specified time period displayed in your booking. Any extra/additional time, you will be charged for automatically; no exceptions.

Hauling & Disposal - General/Standard Pickup Customer Loads All Items: A Dump Trailer is provided by Clutter Haul for this service. This service includes a standard hauling and disposal service; customer has prepared items for pickup and is prepared to load by themselves. - This is a standard/general service where Clutter Haul arrives for pickup, and customer loads general household items. > Typically, this service is used by customers that have a lot of disposal items, but they don't think their items would fill a whole trailer. (A lighter weight load) For this service, Clutter Haul stays onsite and waits for customer to load all items. Waiting time can not exceed 1 hour. *Any additional time beyond a 1-hour waiting time will result in an automatic-additional 1 hour fee. This fee is added to your initial booking fees. *Any additional time beyond the max 1 hr period will result in an additional service fee equal to the initial service price. * Service does not include Clutter Haul assistance. For an additional fee, Clutter Haul will load your prepared items. For Loading-Assistance; you can view the additional options if needing Clutter Haul assistance.Price/Rate is a predetermined, flat-rate and is subject to junk removal assessment of items. - If your items exceed the maximum item or weight limit (if load is not a light load and/or fills entire trailer) an additional fee will be added when applicable. Countless items have a higher fee, as disposal cost varies for each item/load. With a light weight load, customers are able to obtain a lower/discounted service cost.
