Customer Loads All Items: A Dump Trailer is provided by Clutter Haul for this service. This service includes Clean Outs & Overstock services; customer has prepared items for pickup and is prepared to load by themselves. - This is a standard/general service where Clutter Haul arrives for pickup, and customer loads general household items, commercial office items and/or misc general items typically found in a home or office building. > Overall, this service is used by customers and commercial businesses that have a lot of overstock/bulk items, generally from office building, places of business, large garages, storage units and spaces of the like.Service FAQ
Clutter Haul will assist you with your loading when applicable. You can book our performance option that provides independent loading/unloading, hauling and disposal service. Customer does not assist. You can book this "extra" service for each individual Clutter Haul service option.
Clean Outs & Overstock service is just another way of saying "commercial property/spaces, office buildings, storage units, garage spaces, industrial buildings, etc".
There is a $25 fee for booking by phone but we ask our customers and highly encourage them to utilize our simple, online booking system for easier and more detailed options. *For phone bookings that are over $650, the $25 booking fee is waived.
Yes, you can schedule a phone consultation to discuss your project in more detail and/or if our online booking system doesn't encompass your project well enough and you would like to discuss your project with more precision. In this case, we suggest that you email first.

Service Details
For this service, Clutter Haul stays onsite and waits for customer to load all items. Waiting time can not exceed 2 hours. *Any additional time beyond a 2-hour waiting period will result in an automatic-additional 2 hour fee. This fee is added to your initial booking fees. *Any additional time beyond the max 2 hr period will result in an additional service fee equal to the initial service price. * Service does not include Clutter Haul assistance. For an additional fee, Clutter Haul will load your prepared items. For Loading-Assistance; you can view the additional options if needing Clutter Haul assistance.Price/Rate is a predetermined, flat-rate and is subject to junk removal assessment of items. - If your items exceed the maximum item or weight limit (if load is not a light load and/or fills entire trailer) an additional fee may be added if applicable. Countless items have a higher fee, as do larger, oversized items and disposal costs will vary for each item/load. With a light weight load, customers are able to obtain a lower/discounted service cost.
